TOGU VSP (Visiting Scholar Program) is a program that TOGU has put forward to take its internationalization policy one step further. The program is open to anyone with a PhD degree residing abroad Turkey. The purpose of TOGU VSP is to provide both a cultural and an academic experience to the participants, TOGU employees, students, and TOGU's stakeholders.
